We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join a leading Lettings company based in North Nottinghamshire.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have excellent administrative and people skills with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.

Experience of working within property management, lettings or estate agency would be required due to the nature of this position.

Lettings Administrator / Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with tenants with regards to all tenancy matters, including renewal of contract agreements, end of tenancy processing etc.
  • Dealing with reactive phone calls and emails from tenants regarding faults or issues and arranging for the relevant contractors to attend to resolve.
  • Arranging and chasing up of contractors to attend properties for repair, maintenance, periodic inspections and gas and electric certification.
  • Maintaining all records and information ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Provide other general administrative support to the team
  • Inventories – check ins and outs
  • Inventories Feedback with both landlords and tenants
  • Landlord and tenant Disputes
  • Liaising with TDS and disputes
  • Changing over utilities
  • General lettings admin and customer service
  • Certification checks and on-going management of fully managed properties

Skills Required:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent people skills to be able to deal with tenant and contractors.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar role e.g. Lettings administrator / Lettings Coordinator / Property Coordinator role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel and the ability to pick up new systems.


Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm + every 2nd Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm (day returned in-lieu).
