Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to play a key role in our Ravenshead office (covering NG18 5 and NG18 6). As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, conducting viewings, generating offers, and ensuring smooth progress from offers to sale and completion. Your role will be crucial in delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
• Book viewings using the company's system.
• Complete and update customer records in the system.
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and understand their needs.
• Encourage second viewings and offers where appropriate.
• Enter customer viewing feedback into the system.
• Generate and progress offers in adherence to legislation.
• Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Maintain administrative systems and procedures.
• Liaise with clients and solicitors to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate company records.
• Collaborate with third-party operators to exceed customer expectations.
• Administer responsibilities cost-effectively and within approved budgets.
• Communicate the company's vision and values to customers and third parties when appropriate.

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in the real estate industry.
