Frequently asked questions

Caunton Manor is currently owned by the Lord Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire and his Lady wife, Sir John Peace and Lady Christine Peace, who keep the manor as their private residence. However, they have spent the last 20 years developing the 30 acres of grounds and gardens which are now open for the public to enjoy at selected times.   Parts of the estate are also used for Caunton Manor Stud, an equestrian breeding and training program founded by Victoria Musson.
