As Office Manager of the Southwell branch, Jess is responsible for the day to day running of the office as well valuing property and land in Southwell and its surrounding villages.

Pat provides expert advice and consultancy to customers looking to sell their property or find the right home for them.

Having previously worked at Gascoines, Nick re-joined the team six years later and now looks after the Ravenshead office and is the man to speak to for new homes and land development.

Denise keeps all the accounts and day to day admin up to date, making sure everything is ticking along and running smoothly.

Cherri is the person to speak to about letting a property or looking for a property to rent, she also regularly updates the social media pages with Gascoines’ news.

Emma, daughter of the late Douglas Gascoine, runs the business and has been closely involved for many years working alongside her father.

Luke is the grandson of Douglas Gascoine and has been working for the company for more than seven years, learning the ropes.
